Mr. Cifelli graduated law school from the University of Southern California in 1983 while also working full time as a CPA in the tax division of Arthur Andersen. At USC he served as Editor of The Computer Law Journal and the Major Tax Planning publications. He also was lead researcher updating "Federal Income Taxation," the then leading law school tax text authored by Professor Graetz and originally written by Dean Griswold of Harvard Law School.
